The Buddha knows conclusively the various sorts of previous lifetimes together with their commonly-held characteristics and their commonly-held causes and conditions.
The Buddhas' Heavenly Eye is purified to perfection.
The Buddha has achieved the liberation of the Non-Outflow Mind.

Bodhisattva The One who Hears All Sounds sits next to the ocean listening to the waves. Suddenly he notices the five Skandhas are empty. This is how he overcomes illness and suffering. Form and emptiness are not different. In reality, form is emptiness and emptiness is form. The same is true of feelings, perceptions, impulses and consciousness.

Feeling is not different from emptiness. Feeling is emptiness and emptiness is feeling.
Perception is not different from emptiness. Perception is emptiness and emptiness is perception.
An impulse is not different from emptiness. An impulse is emptiness and emptiness is an impulse.
Consciousness is not different from emptiness. Consciouness is emptiness and emptiness is consciousness.

Sariputra, the emptiness of all dharmas can be seen to have these characteristics:

Not arising or ceasing.
Not defiled or pure.
Not increasing or decreasing.

From the standpoint of Emptiness, the Skandhas don't exist. From the standpoint of Emptiness, The eyes, ears, nose, toungue, body and mind don't exist either. The objects preceived by these organs don't exist either. From the standpoint of Emptiness, form, sound, smell, taste, touch and thoughts do not exist. There is no ignorance and also no ending of ignorance, until we come to no old age and death, and no ending of old age and death.

The Four Noble Truths also dissappear. There is nothing to attain; therefore, the Bodhisattvas' Mind becomes fearlessly unobstructed. He passes far beyond all confused thinking and reaches Ultimate Nirvana. The Buddhas from past, present and future time also rely on the perfection of this wisdom when they reach Ultimate Nirvana.

This is the highest method. There is also a special mantra to steadfastly protect you from all suffering. The mantra goes like this:

CHIEH TI CHIEH TI PO LO CHIEH TI PO LO SHENG CHIEH TI PU TI SA PO HO.

Gate, Gate, Paragate, Parasamgate, Bodhi-svaha.

Treasure these words and they will serve you well.
